At Finca Rica we care deeply about our customers and their satisfaction. If you encounter any problems without our products, our customer service, or any aspect of your order please let us know and we will do everything reasonable to set it right.
Although we cannot accept returns of consumable items for food safety and freshness reasons, we will try to rectify any problems in other ways.
And of course we would love your feedback and ideas. If there is a product you wish we offered please just let us know! We're just getting started!
